where to invest time and effort on social media

Today, there’s a social network for everything. Of course, it doesn’t make sense to invest time and effort in a particular social network if your clients are not there. How do you determine where they spend their time?

The easiest way is to ask.  Add a survey to your next newsletter, blog or website and ask customers if  they are active on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
