The article highlights some valuable tips from some of my favourite content creators such as Seth Godin, Pete Cashmore, Chris Brogan, Steve Rubel, Brian Solis and many more. They give some frank and common sense advice for PR pros and marketers on engagement. The common theme? Be brief, connect and add value.
